How long does it take to receive my dress?

It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for your dress to be completed. Upon
placing your order, your dress will be made specifically for you. After
providing us with your measurements, colour choice and material
preferences for the style of dress you choose, you will have a dress
made with you, and only you, in mind! Expedited/rush orders are also
available, and can be placed for an extra fee. Please contact one of our
experienced sales team for information regarding ordering, shipping, and
receiving expedited/rush orders.  



Do you have a store?

No. To keep our prices affordable, we maintain a low overhead by
remaining an internet-only company so that we can pass the savings on to
you.



Do you accept returns/provide refunds?

Following the industry standards for formal, special occasion and bridal wear, each gown is made for each client upon order. Due to the nature of formal wear, we do not accept returns and maintain an "All Sales Final" policy. We make only one exception to this rule, for manufactured defects only. In this rare occasion, the client is responsible for shipping the dress back within 3 days of receipt. Prompt return is of utmost importance so we can re-order your new dress as soon as possible. We do not give refunds.

Do you do alterations?

Because our gowns are made to fit the sizes that you provide, we do not
offer alterations. Occasionally, when weight changes, slight alterations
maybe required. We leave that up to you so that you are present with a
specialist in your area to make sure that your dress perfect fit your current figures.



Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.  



What fabrics do you use?

We only use top quality luxurious fabrics - both man-made and natural.  
We have many colour in which you can choose for your Wedding/Evening/Show dress, Coats/Jackets and Fur.

Can you fit to Plus Sizes?

Yes. Larger sizes may involve an extra cost - we can advise when we get
your measurements.



Can you fit to men' sizes/shapes?

Yes. We are happy to serve cross-dressing males. Please take extra care with measurements.



Can you provide accessories and extra items?

We are happy to take your requirements for extra items and accessories
that can often be supplied through our partner companies.



Where are the dresses made?

Our factory is in Eastern China. Our staff in China work closely with our customers and local agents in the UK and use the latest technology to exchange information and images.



Can you arrange photography of my finished creations?

Yes. We have several professional photographers that are available to
shoot you wearing your final creation.



What are your privacy policies?

Your interactions with us are totally private and discrete. If you are
organizing a gift or making a personal order, all our interactions will
be discreet and confidential. We will not reveal the price of your
dress or your measurements outside our team.
