Ordering Process

Since your TalisaQi Dress will be made specifically for you, and only
you, once your order has been submitted, our design department is
unable to make any changes or modifications relative to the style, size,
colour or length of an order.

Creation of your custom-made dress or other items will start when your
payment has been received in full by TalisaQi, and will take 4 to 6 weeks, however sometimes for reasons beyond our control packages can get delayed in shipment.


Shipping and Address Requirements

All items are delivered via recorded delivery/first class post (UK) or
via "Royal Mail air service" - signed for worldwide. This system allows
for the electronic tracking of all items despatched.

We can not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure
that the delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or
apartment, then the flat number and building number must be clearly
stated. If any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in
the address submitted on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed,
and we will not be held accountable for late delivery.  Re-shipping
costs will be charged to the client. Our luxurious items do require a
signature as proof of delivery. We advise that you supply us with your
telephone contact details for the courier should they not be able to
deliver your dress for any reason.



Customs/ Import Duties

For shipment outside the UK, any duties payable are the sole
responsibility of the client. We will not pay any fees relating to
import tariffs.

Returns

All our dresses and other items are handmade and therefore we
cannot accept returns or give refunds due to incorrect ordering, issuing
of incorrect measurements and sizes upon ordering or ordering the wrong
colour.

If your dress is received not as ordered, i.e. size or colour are not as
requested, contact us as soon as possible then we will offer either an
exchange or a full refund.  Refunds or exchanges will be made for any
dress received damaged or faulty

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately.
If you are not totally satisfied with your goods you must contact us
within 2 days of receipt of order to gain an authorised returns code.
The goods must then be despatched to us within 5 days. The cost of
returning goods lies with you, unless faulty, when those goods will be
exchanged free of charge.

Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods
will be paid to you via PayPal, and replacement goods despatched. Please
allow 14 days from receipt of returned goods for replacement goods to be
re-shipped.  

Refunds or exchanges will only be authorised for goods returned in
their original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled.
